Interesting build, a bit different from mine. AGI and PER instead of DEX and CON, no metathermics and a bit of temporal manipulation.

I may give it a go if I struggle with my build.

I've always been a compulsive min-maxer in every CRPG I've played. I often get as much fun (sometimes even more) reading about builds as playing the game. So when I heard about Underrail, I immediately knew it was right up my alley. I have still not started the game yet, but I'd like some advice about the first build I want to play, a Tranquility Psi build, heavily inspired by TheAverageGortsby's recommendations.

Is it (at least a bit) min-maxed ?
What could be better ?
