Suggestions / UI Scaling at higher resolutions

I'm sorry if this topic already exists but I couldn't find it anywhere.
I am playing the game on a 4k TV and the UI is incredibly small and Hard to read. I tried to change various settings and tried to play in smaller resolutions but neither worked and It has made the game very hard to play. If anyone has a fix for this please let me know.

I am completely unable to play the game because of this.
Deleting the .dat file does nothing.
I tried looking into ways to force the game to launch in a specific resolution, none worked.
I deleted and reinstalled the game, didn't work.
I just want to play  the game, but I can't even start a playthrough, as the box to start a new game is off the side of the screen.

I fixed it, I had to turn off gog galaxy sync, and that allowed me to delete config.dat and start the game with default settings
