Did you know that if you stay for a wyle near a burning barrel you will get that buff ?

The buff does the next ( look at the photo)

i use it for healing me in the camps with no doctors, 15% buff to heal is great

just epic game.

Hello, I was walking through the lower underrail and I came across two strong NPCs that kill me with 1 shot, their names are "Crusty Martha" & "Rugged Jim", the area used to have a group of bandits but I killed them, Jim and Martha appeared after.

Did you find them too?
