This is my most retarded build yet.
Max Str, metal pneumatic gloves, every punch feat known to man, Heavyweight + Critical Power, Pneumatic Punch + Combo + Heavy Punch.
But.
But but but.
You get to say "Falcon... Punch!" for every heavy punch you make,
so it's k.
Special thanks to Styg for making the Fallout game that I never got, see you next update!
