Hey guys, I recently completed my first playthrough as a Shotty Sniper, and I had a blast. This time I want to go completely opposite, all psi, all the time baby. here's what I've planned out  so far, I don't have enough points to make throwing viable, so I'm looking for some suggestions and pointers.
