Builds / Looking for a Psi Chem-Pistol build

Hey, I've been struggling to piece together a Psi Pistol build, since melee is my specialty. Specifically, I want to try out chemical pistols, since they've always been interesting to me. I also wanted to dip Psi, to either get Electrokinesis to deal with shields, or Thought Control for cc. Any suggestions?
