I wanted to make a hyperlight drifter build, but it just doesn't work.  The idea with chempistols wasnt to stall, it was to root for easier flurrying; cooked shot a group and go to town.

Drifter in Underrail!?
Anyway, on my mid build i use taser and grounding to root.
Secon one is questionable, but does not require much investment so why not.

From my (limited) experience, decapitate is good, execute can be helpful and even when it doesn't work i think extra damage does.
As for riposte, you can only block melee, so no psi or gun enemies. Using up 2 feats for something that does not work everywhere just does not feel worth it.
Chaisword works good against armour and so does expose weakness.
Using flurry is anxiety inducing even if hit chance is caped(95%³ ≈ 85%).

Unusual fight for sure, but i think its fitting for the area.

I don't know about pure greanade build, but you could use metathermics in combination.
For that take WILL ada some INT, premeditation works great with all psi schools.
For explosives take some DEX and throwing, also chemistry to craft high-end ones.

Dirty kick/taser go well with execute, not sure how good it is,
but i took it anyway.
In my .44 pistol run i relied heavily on stunlocking and high
mobility, so i don't know about your low AGI.

Fun fact:JKK jacket+full spec. Point shot can give you
 a plasma pistol shot for 2 AP.
Probably not worth specing into point shot here, tho...

Right now im playing a similar build, and role-playing Jacket.
Currently im in depo A, and am yet to start with psi.
Difference: im going with versatility+gun-fu.
Wrong choice?

I choose drones for personal reasons and experience.

 While i do see the good arguments for protectorate, i belive in free drones, as having an evil government is worse than any bandits.

Plus:tin cans remind me too much of NATO fascists...

I did a crossbow stealth build on hard
No psi or traps, while i know i did some things wrong it was a fun run and xbows do have problems, mostly against armour.
I refused to use special bolts, like a dumbass, and i mostly stuck to zephyr and tornado later, i used aimed shot for crits and snipe came in handy making a need for maxing stealth.
