hello, any chance i might save my save game and do the oculus?

i have done everything right except the todor jailbreak. can i commence the azif quest somehow? and give access to oculus?
i've tryied resetting the abrams ids to 00, but it doesnt work for me.

Builds / Balanced Sniper/Psi?crafter for oddity xp

Hey guys,

spend some time on the forum going through some builds, so I have set up a build for sniper/psi that has access to key crafting and armor and guns.
I tried to balance based on what is considered the needed level for key skills etc. Would welcome some input, not sure if I should drop all together the throwing for more PSI abilities.
I tried to share the link directly from the character builder but I don't know why I'm not allowed.
