Builds / Help the newbie!!! (Stealth build without psi / Standart gunner with grenades)

Hi everyone! I am new to the game. Tried to play the game several years ago. managed only to clear out "tutorial" area, felt myself a game journalist.

Now I am giving a game a second chance. Can someone advice a good build so I would be able to explore all caves and pickpocket every living creature (I am a hobo-murder enthusiast).
