Builds / NOOB: Wanting a 'stormtrooper build' (Heavy armor, small guns, high AP)

I'm not an expert when it comes to underrail builds- so I was wanting some advice for creating one that focused around squeezing as much AP as one possibly could- from wearing heavy armor, while using small guns, and melee (Knives, Machetes, Pistols, SMGs etc) Been wanting to try a playstyle akin to a German Stormtrooper from WW1, and wanted to see if there was any chance this build could even work- considering High AP, and Heavy Armor don't mix very well.
