Bugs / Unable to transition out of any zone

With the latest patch, [1.2.0.19], a transition failure occurs whenever exiting a zone regardless of save, quicksave, or autosave slot I've tried. When starting a new game, the game locks up on a black screen after skipping the intro.

Suggestions / Add Blueprints for Metal Spikes and Serrated Blades

Would be appreciated for melee-centric builds that want to maximize every little bit of mechanical and bleed dmg as possible. This would also make possible Super Steel variants of the aforementioned as well. We have blueprints for grenade and mine cases so I think this wouldn't be any stretch of unreasonable metalworking.
