People should not post builds that aren't normal difficulty viable.
This is wrong. I can't even think of a build that would be too bad for normal difficulty.
3 will basically makes you spend a few more points in your skills, since in this build you don't use any damaging psi abilities(other than Thermodynamic Destabilization which is optional)
On my first playthrough(hard mode) i decided to use this build and successfully completed the game.
With this build fights with small numbers of enemies are short, fights with only bosses are the easiest. If it's your first approach to this game you will probably struggle in the early game(as I did).
You basically can't let anyone get even a little close to you. The biggest negative about this build is that there are seferal moments in the game where after talking you fight with someone, it's almost always a certain death for you. So my gameplay looked like this:
1. talk to someone
2. get killed by him
3. reload a save
4. kill the enemy
Fortunately it doesn't block content from you, so it was only anticlimatic.
The faster you figure out adrenaline and Psycho-temporal Contraction are a staple, the easier the game becomes.
