From what we know about how psionics manifest in the population, is it possible for most people to develop psionics if they train and take the big red pill? Or is it mostly a select gift that only a few are ever able to use? We know our character has unusual amounts of potential, but could most people, for example, learn enough metathermics to light a candle if they really worked at it?
