Just wanted to follow up that this still works in 2026 with the online unpacker.

I only had to modify 3 values, they were:

npc_abram_met
npc_abram_startedBusinessTalks
npc_abram_saidHeWantsEmbassyInfo

Changed each to 00 and i was able to start the quest.
