Bugs / Institute Entrance Bug (Present Rassophores after DC, and others).

Good day, I hope this bug isn't redundant in the sense that it has been posted many times before.
So, I encountered possibly 2 bugs regarding the front gate of the Institute of Tchort, with the pre-requisites/caveats of these bugs being that I completely bypassed the Institute of Tchort via Utility Station 6, going into DC and leaving after having dealt with Tchort, and that I never ever went to the front gates of the Institute after having been tasked to infiltrate the Institute by Tanner.
The first bug would be that upon entering to the front gate of the Institute after DC, a cinematic plays, not to dissimilar to the cinematic I would have gotten with Danzel coming out of the gates, the only difference being that Danzel wasn't there, so the cinematic just consisted of the gates opening with Protectorate personnel already present, and nothing more than that. For a moment, the gates were even open before I exited and entered back into the front gate, although I never went through said gates. I unfortunately have no attachment or image to showcase how it looks like.
The second bug would be that after all that, there are Rassophores present in front of the gate. Their hostility was I presume, due to me, killing a Rassophore in the Institute's elevator. As of the moment, I cannot send both save file and image as attachments here due to file size limitations
