Bugs / Won't load area game crashes and can't load autosave

When transitioning from the mutant docks in the underground to a trap door in one of the buildings the game crashes and cannot load the next area.  when i try to reload the autosave, it also crashes loading that.  I've attached a screen shot of the error and can provide a zip of the save (it won't let me attach).  This is trapping me in the area I'm in, even if i skip the black eels mission from the rig.
