Did you consume it after initiating combat by pressing ENTER? Because I didn't see your character having the in-combat status effect.
I didn't manually initiate combat and then use it no, I'd started combat with the Lunatics and had ran back in that shop to reapply buffs and lure them through my gas and fire cheese
I hadn't checked to see if combat being "over" IE all enemies that could see you during combat were dead and being able to exit combat as soon as you end turn would allow you to use things that couldn't normally be used in combat, will remember to do so
To be honest I wasn't really sure if this was a bug or some kind of interaction I didn't realize was happening but I figured better safe than sorry and Styg can just call me a zoner to himself when he reads this

Bioluminous Marsh Honey's text says it cannot be used in combat yet I was able to do just that

I don't think giving metal helmets night-vision capability would be particularly gamebreaking, it would make them more vulnerable to EMPs while letting tin can spearman not miss most of their spear throws while in caves
It might be too strong for tincan AR but they're most likely going to be running seeker lenses anyway
Grey Army Spec Ops helmet exists but that would have worse mech defenses since no padding and more options is a good thing

If a machete has an energy edge emitter and the user does energy damage but the mechanical damage is 100% resisted, Onslaught doesn't proc and Flurry goes on cooldown
Not sure if this is intentional

I noticed there's a 4th slot available when you right-click any energy battery. Perhaps that 4th space could be an option that when clicked on lets you click on another item to fully recharge it using as many of that battery as it takes, similar to the shortcut to fully recharge a shield emitter when pressing Shift

I don't think you should be able to get on this part of the map. Minor bug overall as you can't get OOB and you stop at the edge of the map square by the zone transition. Attached a picture of the spot I was able to get to as well as the map square. Hope this helps

Bugs / Jookhela does not appear if gas grenade is thrown at his spot

If you throw a gas grenade in the spot Jookhela walks up to before leaving the generator room and starting the fight, his model does not appear until he takes his turn in combat
