Bugs / Unable to start demo.

Hi! Im very interessted in this game so I wanted to try the demo. But I cant get it to work on my computer at home.
Every time I press NEW GAME it freezes and the goes into "not responding" state.
I also tried to do that "[DEMO VERSION] How to fix crash on transition problem." post. But it did fix nothing sadly.
So I tried to download it at work where winrar says "UNDER.5" is corrupted.
I feel that this is a known issue and that there is something I didnt read or patch.
An kind link to the problems solution would be great!
