Bugs / Zone Transition Failure

Hi Admin,
I also have this problem. Though I have been travelling to the power generator outposts without incident, in this occurrence, after returning from the SGS base (still in the initial quest), the South Eastern outpost area failed the zone transition and returned me to the game menu and then reloading earlier, the initial northern area before that failed and has failed ever since.
