General / how long to wait for super steel?

Judging by my saves...I've waited about 3 in game hours (from 1:03:00 to 1:06:00 roughly in playtime, away in core city)...when i come back, Gloria is still burning, and harold just wants me to do more super steel when I talk to him about it?

How much in game time is it supposed to be?
