Suggestions / Battle initiative dialogue - Intimidation initiative bonus?

Well, basically, just see the topic name.

Wouldn't it be cool if high Intimidation gave you initiative bonus for battles you start via dialogue options?

(I hate acting all tough and then getting shot to pieces!)
