General / How do i distribute stats on this kind of build?

http://underrail.com/forums/index.php?topic=2162.0 the build from that topic is what im talking about since im coming back to the game and once, im clueless again. so how do i distribute on each level? sorry if i sound dumb on that, its just that crpg games aren't my strong suit/

General / Can I ask someone for a build?

So I created a new Toon (Metathermic Xbow Build) all by myself and ive been rocking with it. The Pyro stream and Cryostasis is awesome. I want to Creat a new one with a smg as weapon(or a side one) But im pretty much in the dark about SMGs. Can someone help me build this thingmajig?

First time posting here. Anyway Ive fancied a Psi dex brawler build and liking it so far. but i wanna try to build a crossbow one. As i searched it is always that crossbows is paired on traps. can i build a Crossbow w/o the traps and with something like thought control?? Thanks in advance!
