General / Key in Electric Funeral

So I was running the Gauntlet and Electric Funeral came up. Finding the key on a shelf in the south-eastern corner wasn't a problem, getting out alive was. The gate and the lightning trap seem to synchronized in such a way that it's impossible to do. I tried waiting for a while to see if they get out of sync, using tabis and speed boosts but no dice. I'm not stuck or anything, just curious if I'm missing something here.

Give Bernard two sets of plates, get one set of higher quality in return.

Maybe an option to do this with any metal. I don't think I've ever seen a set of tungsten plates above 120-ish quality.

Bugs / Al Fabet blocking exit from a store, causing a softlock

If you run into him on your way out of General store, for example, he stops his patrol and just stands there blocking the doorway, twitching. Sometimes he leaves after a while.

General / Weird hit chance calculation

So there I was trying to hit a guy with a sledgehammer. Starting combat, I see a 95% chance to hit, but as soon as I take a step towards him it changes to 17%. Never noticed this kind of behavior before. I presume it's his dodge kicking in but how does it work exactly? On a side note, is it even legal for him to be this dodgy?

Bugs / Can take Pasquale's pill twice

Got this on 1.0.3.20. After you take the pill and wake up, you can tell Pasquale "Got it. Now there was something..." and this puts you back into the dialogue where you can ask about realizing your potential again.
