Bugs / Blackscreen after first scene

Hey guys,
just bought the game. Sadly it goes dark after character creation and the first dialoge scene. I can still hear sounds but thats it. I already replaced the XNA as described in the forum but that didnt help
I run a Geforce 970m and Intel I7.
Some help would be much appreciated
