General / Steam Key?

I purchased UnderRail way back when (2013?) from Desura, which is now long gone. I also have it in my GamersGate library, but when I click on "Show Serial Key" for a Steam code, I get the below message:
"Unfortunately, we are out of serial keys. The developers have been contacted and we will supply keys as soon as they are delivered to us."
I would really like to install and play this again. Am I boned, and will have to purchase the game again?
