Suggestions / Blitz convert not ALL MP into AP, but only NEEDED amount

Now Blitz converts all movement points into AP. No matter, you have 60MP to 20AP or [for instance] 70MP to 20AP
It would be nice to keep non-used MP and do not convert it [so do not lose data points]
It opens more ways to character[game-way] customization / planning

Suggestions / babushka know nothing about charms

My babushka know nothing about charms. She might be bugged 
Seriously, may it is a good idea to add some hints/story to charm's description? Then the community can at least start developing assumptions about charms effects.
Otherwise, community started to save-scum the game in order to have only Booth tattoo-master in game.

General / New game to start?

Hi folks!
As I correctly understood, next update for Underrail game will be the last one [big one?]
i am low on time to read all the forum threads, sorry, so:)
May someone advise me to start my new game now or better to wait until final cut?
[I play very rarely and if nothing serious goes with the next update, just game polishing, I am gonna start now, otherwise - wait]

General / Food and crafting + NPC life

Can I craft food? Or will it be possible in DLC?
I still dont understand why do I need lighter and coal?
Is there any plans to make it mandatory to eat, drink, sleep during Dominating level?
Is there any plans to make gameworld Live. NPC can talk, eat, sleep, etc? Static world sucks and boring. At nights streets lighting will be turned off or not so bright, it is ok even it is underground.. A lot of ideas for new quests.
Good example is Gothic games RPG from Piranha Bytes studio. Actually the best example.

General / Real Time Underrail

May some of you remember old school game Cold Zero: The Last Stand / 2003
And I won't be surprised if authors of Underrail were inspired by this game at some point
10, 20 years have passed, but this game still stands unique with its mechanics that combine both rpg with different stats lvls, types of ammo and guns, armor, stealth, crafting
But the main element of "outstanding" and "super hardcore" is real time:
You don't have enough time to think and smoke a sig in-between turns, take meds or run away and so on
Does devs have plans to make it real time? Or... Maybe you had such plans before, but decided that it will be too difficult for the new /avg player(s)?
May we theoretically have such mode in a future? For instance mid or even long term roadmap?
Or it is better to say: can current game engine work this way or can it be transformed?

1 I have balaklava & vest. Both have "Mechanical damage treshold increased by 200%"
So it means that I have 400% overall?
2. I play Hard mode and I am new in this game. I have lvl 16 and already have 50+k st coins. Game becomes uninteresting at all. I can kill everybody in 1 burst. All Arena gladiators = 1 round. Is there any plan to optimise balance?
