Are there any cheats in the game? I went to he gray army base way too early I think, it's impossible for me to complete it, I need cheats or something or I'm stuck

Bugs / Rathound king quest not completing

I solved the quest peacefully by signing a truce between him and Camp Hathor, however the quest is not checked off as complete even though I got the Rathound regaila from him.
