Builds / What do you guys think of this Shotgun/Sniper Evasion Build?^^

I made this build for a Normal run with Classic EXP, what do you guys think? Is there anything to change or is it ok?

Builds / Need Help for a Assassin SMG/SNIPER or SNIPER/KNIFE build

Hey guys, i check out the Forum but didnt find anything like the build i would like to try. The main problem is, im a noob right now XD
Can you help me with this please?

My Idea would be a Stealth, Sniper with Secondary SMG or even better Knife, like a Allround assassin.
should include lockpick, hack and some crafting (ive read about some selfmade cloak devices) stuff without Psy mechanics of course.
which talents should i pick? which items grad?

I would be extremly thankfull for any help. Cheers o/
