I have enter Blain's shop with correct ring pattern before

Somehow it no longer unlock even if I choose second dialogue
The text says unlocked, but When I click door it says need 80 hack

Bugs / Odis vault zone transition fail and save corrupt

This happen when I try to enter odis vault
I got the keycard, the the lock does not let me use card, only hack option left.
Then I try to leave zone and reenter.
Then it fails to load map

Auto save become corrupted
