Builds / Thought Control - Hemopsychosis Build

Hello, all!
I've been interested in doing a Thought Control Build with Hemopsychosis. I've been interested in leveraging the Bilocation and Pseudo-spatial Projection abilities to really mess with
enemies, along with stealth and Neurovisual Disruption. Psychokinesis with Telekinetic Punch and Electrokinesis are the backup abilities, mainly because I found investing in Temporal Manipulation was a bit rough in the early game
I might've over-speced in some skills, and given that I would understand taking some of the points that were over invested could be put into Temporal Manipulation to get some of those useful abilities.
