Bugs / Crash on Loading Screen

Hey,

I'm just wondering if anyone else is having the problem that the game won't even load the menu? I keep getting a TimelaspeVertigo.game error and then  completely crashes.

I'm currently using Windows 7 and have tried it on Steam and Desura.
