Builds / Advice for heavy armour shotgun build

It looks more or less like what I'm going for. Since i have yet to beat the game, I'm just looking for something simple to get through the game on normal.
One thing i don't like about it is that it doesn't have disassemble. Although as much as i like that perk is it really worth dropping grenadier? or is there something else that i should drop? I'm not too bothered about throwing skill although it is really useful. One more thing i would like out of this build is persuasion skill although idk if it's that worth it. Also do i really need 105 pickpocketing? it seems like a lot of points to spend there.
