honestly i remember learned everything the game could tell me, i'm bad at explaining though.
but at least everything, except some of the real mystery that deliberately kept secret by the dev (probably for the sequel) are explained, i think i learned most of the lore after i joined the Oculites IIRC.
as for the Cube, don't waste your time finding out about it, it's just a McGuffin, probably one of the things the dev saved for the sequel.

i second this. because although this is my 5th playthrough, i never feel the importance of Sure Step so i never picked that for another useful feat instead. if Sure Step is buffed, i would consider picking it.

from my experience, he'd show up after you fast travel.
House : after you used a rift from another place TO your basement.
Rail Crossing : after you disembark from the train, from another settlement TO rail crossing.

i don't think you'd need Electronics unless you want to use Energy Pistol and Electric Melee.
if you invest in it just to be able to make an Emitter, 50 points would be enough,
max out the Mechanics instead and make great armors.

don't pick Armor Sloping if you want to make good use of armor penalty.
Armor Sloping is useless on this build because you have have low AGI and no Dodge/Evasion,
you're a tank in this build so better go all out on the defensive side.
you can reduce the CON and increase AGI if you want evasion instead and pick Armor Sloping.
i personally like DEX to do crits, but if you think it's too high, lower it by 2 or 3 and increase the CON even more,
or at least replace the "Increased DEX" with "Increased CON" instead.
and if you want to use the Sormir Skaerder Sword, replace unneeded feats with Vile Weaponry, Taste for Blood, and Eviscerate.

i've experienced it, in my case, something caused the save folder to be inaccessible by the game to create a save data there.
but the culprit was actually myself, i opened Windows Security Center and activated the "controlled folder access" feature, that made it so nothing can modify anything without my consent, so the game couldn't make any save data in its own save folder. after i turned it back off, the game can save normally.
your case might not be the same but probably still worth checking.

i remember finding it in a locker as a loot, although i don't remember where but i'm pretty sure i got it near the end-game.
i dunno if it's random loot or fixed.

no prob. talking about armors, i don't like Tesla Armor, it makes me look like a walking christmas tree.
i think lines of lights (like in Tron movie) would be better instead of bulbs here and there.
i hope Styg would change it, lol xD

You are a god among man XD Thx mah dude. Btw, can you tell me on which items (like armor, shield, gloves) i should try to get?
anytime bruh.
you don't use gloves obviously. if you meant boots, then aim for Ninja Tabi Boots, other material Tabi doesn't help much with stealthy characters, you have to rely on stealth because you have low health, at least until you get good shield.
for the head gear, i only used 2 gears, either Kevlar Balaclava (200% DR/DT) or Seeker NVG (crafted a CRIT +15% for ranged).
for armors, generally goes the same with boots until you get good Emitter Shield and the end-game Phantom Dancer.
now for the Emitter shield, try to build a Low Frequency Shield combined with High Frequency Modulator as the extra mod. don't bother with the Medium Modulators. but keep in mind that Shield's weakness is melee enemies. so if you need to choose between Dodge and Evasion, choose Dodge first. and if you plan on using a knife, my favorite is Kukri, no extra effect at all but high crit chance. but if you prefer to make enemies bleeding, Sormir Skaerder Knife was my best knife. 5 bleeding wounds + Eviscerate = >1000 damage. dont bother picking "Taste for Blood".

that kinda build was my 2nd and 3rd playthrough build.
i used Sniper, SMG, and a Knife, just like you said. and no Psi Empathy.
but i only used the Sniper when i had to, e.g. starting a combat with one of the enemies is a Psi user that i need to take down early with the "Snipe" feat. i used Dragunov before i can craft a badass Spearhead Sniper, both can shoot twice per round.
luckily i still have the saved data. here's my level 1 stats, kind of, i forgot bcos currently it's level 30 now :

didn't pick stealth coz it's pretty useless early on. and i didn't focus on using a Sniper until i get Dragunov, only SMGs and Knives.
picked persuasion to meet up my target of 65 points to help me on certain persuasion check.

high stealth to get high extra damage from "Snipe" and make it easier to "Cut-Throat".
never picked Tailoring bcoz i never craft armor and i have Phantom Dancer anyway, i picked Electronics instead to make a great Emitter to mitigate damage.
i know there might be some flaws or some wasted points, e.g. i never picked Throwing and Traps, if you think you'd often throw grenades, you'd be mashing F9 lol. but you get the picture.

How did you get Todd back to the surface?!
Todd will be in the submarine after you destroyed the Shadowlith there. then he will tag along to the surface and wait there until we can find someone who would take care of him.

IIRC, the dirty kick will stun all organic/living beings, including female humans.
the difference is that it will only stun females for 1 turn while it's 2 turns for males.

3 PER is really low, so no wonder you get ambushed pretty often even by Crawlers.
even in my case which i have 8 PER still get ambushed pretty often by Death Stalkers unless i kaboom them first with a grenade.
i always have 3 CON btw, no problem at all on NORMAL, some fair problems on HARD and DOMINATING but i already crafted a badass Emitter with 1700 HP to mitigate the damage 90% of the time, without it, 2 hits is the most i can take before i ded xD.
