First off, does it actually work that way? Can you stop the slow by using a Coagulation shot?
I think leaving this functionality in, if it is present, would help a lot with making those syringes more interesting, I've never used them otherwise and I've visited the Black Sea (where the blueprint is commonly found) with three characters.

Make a rifle or smg with an exceptionally high number of extra burst shots, like 20 or so. That'd be fun.

Would be nice if it was fixed, I had the idea of having a threshold for how much damage your allies will tolerate, and having it scale with Persuasion. I think that's how it works in some other games too.

I'm trying a bare fists build right now, making use of feats like Improved Unarmed Combat and so on, it's not bad, but it could use a little boost.

What if Lighting Punches was more lenient for characters using bare fists? Something like 20% max penalty if you're using gloves, 25%-30% max penalty if you are barehanded.

Would be pretty neat I think.

Rightclick does nothing, precisely why it should do something, go to location.

Hopefully it makes it in, but I want that stupid cover bug fixed first tbh.

Some kind of reference to Serbian or Balkan peoples and armies, along with the Koko guy.

They're obviously involved in some kind of conflict with some other force, given how intently their troopers are guarding the entrance to their base.

There's some humorous details on their items, like officer uniforms having knife resistance while the standard uniform does not, almost like it's to stop them from being stabbed in the back, probably a reference to how hated some WW2 officers were and how troops sometimes killed them? Or at least that was a popular myth in some books. It seems the gray army officers are involved in a similar situation/myth.

Tbh, would be interesting if it turned out that they and their base was very close to the surface, or something, as it is they seem to just be stuck in yet another pocket of the massive underground subway and cave system where everything is.

Sounds kind of overcomplicated, I wish shields were looked at in the most elegant and simple way possible, they are already quite complex devices.

Regenerating shields would kind of go against the main restriction of shields, that being not recharging them in combat.

Did you know there is a combat-shieldrecharger in the files of the game? ;P So it might be intended to recharge /regenerate the shield in the future.

That is something that used to be in the game that was taken out. Somehow I doubt Styg plans to reintroduce it...
There should be a single one in the entire game, hidden somewhere.

IMO they just need their existing feats fixed, most every gun build has great, impressive feats like Snipe or Spec Ops or Concentrated Fire or Commando... Mechanical pistols have unimpressive feats, like extremely situational and nerfed Execute, very infrequently usable Rapid Fire, pretty weak Steadfast Aim.

All those getting fixed would be the simplest way, and the most respectful to the original design.

Eh, I'd like it if it was like in other games, where you get a small XP bonus or something so it feels like its own mode.
As it is you can just control yourself and how you use the game UI.

Two-headed mutant is really annoying.
I'm pretty sure it's set to only ever spawn once per run.
So for instance if you quickly run through a map or retreat or whatever, some kind of flag gets set in your savegame or character, and the two-headed mutant will never spawn again.
Depending on how you moved through the game this means you could make the mutant spawn without realizing it, and then erasing him forever by leaving the map.

To increase your odds of finding him try revisiting Depot A at various times, but if he already spawned once and you had to retreat or didn't notice, he probably won't ever spawn again, I wasn't able to ever respawn him on the same character even with reloading to a point before entering Depot A.

Corporeal Projection truly is nice in high STR melee builds, it boosts everything telekinetic including Implosion, I did a spear+psychokinesis build and it was a lot of fun as with STR 13-14 all the telekinetic abilities were very strong despite the low Will and lack of Force User. Not to mention the onslaught you can unleash if you pop some vitality powder for +4 STR

Not sure about the psi additions but the hammer idea sounds really nice, more unique weapons would be nice.
