Btw, you also needed maintenance/repair kits in System Shock 2.

I mean, it seems, that this skill discrease the rate of item degradation, but I'm not sure.

So "tick" is a number of targets Pyrokinetic Stream can hit?

Btw, Styg did you think about managing with Item Degradation rate in other way than Repaire Kit?
I mean, skill solution - something like Maintenance in System Shock 2?
Or, don't want to rework all skill system, some hidden parameter\formula, based on Intellect\Dexterity\Agility\Mechanics, mix of all this?

Yes, since first version i saved game before first visiting Engineering and Shooting Floor, so it'd benice (for me) if game use seed, that generate item for all game, so i can not use this boring tactic.

Right now we have 1-grade medication, but maybe you'll add another, stronger medication?
I mean like Fallout Stimpack->Superstimpack->Healing Hipos from crashing shuttle.
Stronger medication can be much more  rare then  other medication.
Player can have it like quest reward, or can fid it in some abandoned, very dangerous places.

Sometimes, when mob dies from burning, char didn't get an experience.
I checked log twice, but after message about mob's death there wasn't message about +exp.
Dog, hit with incendiary bolt.

Yeah, they become hostile if you kill that Mordre sonofabitch.
I have not been able to intimidate him even with Intimidation skill =147.
