Play Hard - don't play Normal, it's just waste of time, Normal diff. won't get you experience about combat because there you can make mistakes and still survive, so you don't need to learn.
Also, for all sekkkrets you need 10 Per or 7 Per+Snooping.
Also you can get cloacking device - there are at least 203 in game, maybe more, thou they are not top quality.
Also, get Tazer as soon as possible - handy stuff for almost all builds, for pistol and melee too.

Yeah, bleed can only serve as an auxiliary source of damage, not mine.
It is still minory useful, if you got bleed on pneumatic strike - you likely will get ~30 bleed per turn, and with incapacitation it allow to just forget about those who have ~100 hp left.
But not more.

Also, I reported that some guy in Core City fires a sots with the sound of crossbows - I saw this a few times after that, and I'm almost sure that the same NPC that produce that sounds might shot with normal sounds if you reload and try again.
Also I never heard a sound of silenced firearms, maybe it is it.

My bad, I though that was obvious and location pretty distinctive.
Looks to me like there corpse is there and that you've looted it and now you're targeting whatever is beneath it, maybe a siphoner's remains.
No, that's a 3 DS that run to my character because this zone is open.
Why I need to run from siphoners if I can win fight with DS?
Let's not make this mega-thread any more diverse than it already is. Make a new thread for this issue and upload the save.
But I don't have it. I diappear after corruption. Possibly game doesn't see it because it corrupt.
No, I looked and there is no save file with strange name except quicksave I created later.

Got corrupted save somehow.
I used quicksave, got message Cannot Save or something like that, quicksave disappeared.
I came from zone to the west, then went back and tried to quicksave then it happened, if the place matter.
