Well, here I am.

16 lvl
STR: 7
DEX: 12
AGI: 6
Con: 5
PER: 5
WIL: 3
INT: 5

Till 20 lvl I'll get 2 attribute points, so I wonder what be better to put it. +2 DEX, or +1 AGI and +1DEX or +1 INT? 7 AGI need for feat like Fancy Footwork and Interlooper, however I feel I can go without both.

Skills: Melee max (90 (158)), 50 (63) Dodge\Evasion, 80 (161\90) Stealth\Hacking, Lockpicking 51 (90), Meckanics\Electronics 85 (92), Tailoring 84 (91), Persuation 65(55).
Feats: Conditioning, Nimble, Snooping, Psi Empathy, Power Manadgment, Lightning Punches, Deflection, Cheap Shots, Wrestling, Combo, Expose Weakness.

I didn't know that Opportunist affect melee, or just mislead myself, anyway it will be good addition to my set.

 So far I have not experienced any difficulties. I can easily meleeing all, amounts of Incapasitate\Stun I can inflict in one round is amazing, but I didn't met yet large group with firearms, or Faceless.
Crawlers doesn't troubled me, maybe bloodsucker m***er frog only?

So the main question - would +2 DEX improove my figting capabilities much?
Right now unarmed punch consume 3 AP, with leather fist weapon - 5 AP (with Taby boots).
Would it 2 AP and 4 AP if DEX=14?

BTW Styg - great balancing.
I mean, I feel melee too strong (as usual :P), but it is fully viable build, which is incredible fun to play.
It's even more fun than PSI. ))))

PS Hm... It seems my DEX already 13 (my char is 16 lvl), so it will be DEX 14 or DEX 13 AGI 7.

Lets clear more - in game terms, there are:
1. Psi.
2. Firearme.
3. Melee a. Cold weapon (sledgehammers\knifes etc).
               b. Unarmed\fist.

So, we need clear definition in what case which feat affect which.

You got Black Eel ID becouse of members of both gang fight each other in location where is cage with 3 hoppers.
It's was the only way to get Black Eel insignia (if you haven't pickpoketing).

Well, I just want to create melee-oriented build, but feat description doesn't clear this moment.
I don't actually know, what feat work woth melee, unarmed combat or fist weapon, e.g. Opportunist - "with any weapon", what does it mean? Fist weapon also is a weapon, from the point of view of common sense.

I wish there will be sticked topic, where all feats will be commented that way, so it'll be clear what they are affect.

I'm mostly agree with Karak. Exellent ideas (but some may be hard to implement).

-More synergies eg. shouldn't thought control have synergies with persuade and intimidation.You are reading minds after all :)

-Also for that matter can't thought control be sometimes used in dialogue instead of persuade and intimidate if you know the abilities.Some sort of charm power would be nice.

AND sometime used thought control AND persuade both, to get minor (or major) bonuses like more background story or text about some events.
If it will be some material unique bonuses, I think it woud be a little penalizing for players who didn't use PSI-build.

Also about crafting system, to be more precise about quality system of items.
What if instead 0-100 you'll use 0-10?
This leads to a reduction in the number of digits in the game, that's always good for a game.
Guys from Age of Decadence changed their role system in that way.
