We can't seem to find it, so I'm just going to disable its item generator and the item itself so it won't appear in future playthroughs and the existing instances won't function.

Did you complete Gorsky's questline?

Hey, I should probably mention that trying to complete Gorsky's questline also causes the exact same transition error (when trying to move to the black crawler camp with the repaired tunneler)


edit:
The back entrance to Coretech HQ second floor is kind of glitchy - one of the "Stairs Up" objects doesn't work and one of the exit grid tiles leading down can't be walked on.
The burglar in Praetor security HQ / map CC22 shows up as Lurker Murderer.

Fixed for the next hotfix.

Yeah, currently you can only fish in the Siphoner Pools, but we plan to make it so you can catch something more or less anywhere there's a body of water (including sewers). ;)

Do Borer Gizzards and Shielded Bladeling Eyes actually drop? I cleared the entire Foundry mine and didn't get a single drop of either (on an old save though)

They should both drop, but if you're running an old save you may need to kill them off and wait for respawns. They both have 25% chance to drop.
