Whenever we replace any of the graphics, there's always at least one person who liked the old stuff better. Do you see those blockmen on the screenshot Wildan posted. Yeah, someone prefers those to the current ones as well. :) Can't please everyone.

As Mac said, we'll be doing small graphic updates here and there to bring some of the older graphics up to the new standard.

These particular containers are in the room where the final fight takes place. Each time you destroy a container you reduce the regeneration and also increase the respawn time of the tentacles. Killing all the containers removes the regeneration and drastically increases tentacle respawn time.

Perhaps making them "blue" (allied) instead of "gray" (neutral) would solve the problem?

It's probably just a bug that occurs when you attempt to use a freebie but fail because of the requirements. We'll look into it.

There are ways to break the main quest. We do not guard against all of them. That being said, in this particular case we'll consider introducing an alternative route of reentering the Institute.

We'll check out that kitchen situation as well.

I think there's a bug where it doesn't count if you persuaded the Faceless to let Buzzer live, only if you let them kill him off. We'll look into it.

There's not much that can be done about the size at this point, but in the new save format epeli mentioned we'll archive the files so the saving won't take as long.

to quicken save, isn't it possible to double cgtemp and 'rename' the copy to the save ? It will induce a delay between two save but should be short :o. So only the last zone could have to be copied for the next save / zone transition.

In the new save system, the current game will be kept entirely in memory and cgtemp will be gone.

I've sent you both mails regarding the issue.

Just to update other people potentially having Zone Transition Fails -
my save files were corrupted significantly and could not be restored, which means I am going to start a new game at version 1.0.0.6 (saves were damaged playing 1.0.0.5) and hope it does not reoccur.

My advise - do multiple saves and copy your save file somewhere else time to time.
Thanks Styg for his help.

You also might want to check your disk for errors. It sounds unlikely but from what I've been able to investigate in another case it seems that some save files got corrupt by just copying them to a different location.
