The game was hard for me also at first, but then I started planning ahead should I get attacked etc that has made a huge difference. The games difficulty is spot on and should not be changed as right now it forces the player to play smart and careful.

Just be little patient with the game and take your time ...you will get the hang of it and while it will still be hard, it will also be much more fun!

Oh darn I must have misread.... love the game so am sure you have your reasons for not wanting to add a map, if not a map then what about a compass?

Compass will be available in the next version. No more pondering which way north is.

Very good to hear your adding a compass!

I know there was mention of a in game map, I cannot find the thread and can't recall if there was a estimate on when it might be added?

I've lowered the most threshold to 1 now (was 3 previously). I might look into easing/changing the anti-spam security when I get the time.

Well 3 posts is not bad, but very nice to read you may consider a new type of deterrent for spam in the future!

I understand you need to keep bots off the site...however this particular form of spam protection is very hard on the eyes and difficult (for me anyway) to understand. Had a thought however recently visited a site and rather then this type of captcha they had a picture format.

How that worked was you were presented with a few small pictures (cat, dog, bird) etc and asked to select one based on the hint given ie "please click on picture of the dog",  was very easy on the eyes and did not make posting feel like such a painful process?

Anyway love the game and hope to become a regular poster on the forums eventually!

I found this orange GEN place holder item also little ways past where you first encounter the bandits/raiders when trying to deliver the package... keep going straight and you come to a open area with 2 locked rooms, across the road.

Office on right side with desk inside and 2 boxes outside, inside the desk I found the orange GEN item, I can try to screen shot the location if that helps? Also not sure it matter I just purchased the game a few days ago so this is a recent build.
