The doors on the bottom level GSM do not automatically open with the "Automatically Open Doors" option enabled. I don't remember if it's all of the doors, but the ones in the kitchen and in the room with the two gangsters and the elderly citizen for sure.

Old bugs are the best. Nice catch!

Fixed all of the map bugs but the Lemurian one. Couldn't figure out why it happens, and it looks normal in my game. Does standing on a specific tile reveal those walls?

I'll leave the psi accelerator and pyrokinetic stream to Styg.

She's supposed to return to her home, and there you could talk to her about the whole event, but due to a scripting bug she gets moved to the wrong location and gets stuck there. You'll have to wait for a fix, I'm afraid.

EDIT: Actually, do upload that save from before entering the cave. I need to do a lot of testing since her scripting is pretty complex and I don't want to break something else, and your save will help me a lot. Once everything's been done, I'll send you a fixed save where, with some luck, everything will be working as originally intended. Saw the monolith bug thread as well, so I'll be fixing that too. ;)

Try pressing Z, which is the default key for reverse highlight. It can be used to target enemies behind doors, containers, and other usable objects.

Fixed the new batch, except for magnar and stats that are off; I'll leave that to Styg.

The mindshrooms... that bug can happen anywhere. Funny no one noticed that earlier. Once they regrow they'll be set properly the next time you pick them.

The Naga and the turrets become your allies once you activate them, and they'll defend you against Aegis in case of hostility. So yes, that's intended.

I can't seem to reproduce the problem, neither on release nor the developer version of the game, but we're aware of the issue, as it happens with certain NPCs that are able to initialize dialogue with the player (most notably the guards at Port Zenith). I guess it manifests differently depending on hardware/software, as players often send us saves yet we just can't get it to bug out on our PCs. :(

What version are you playing on? There was indeed a bug where the kidnapping event would occur if you go to sleep in the camp, regardless of what you did to prevent it, but this should've been fixed in 1.1.2.0.
