Does that mean that Expedition's release is imminent?
We're focused on finishing the expansion at the moment, so all of this will have to wait until after it's been released. And regarding the extra content and skill checks, can't promise anything yet but your suggestions has been noted.
This option appear long before Jack Quicksilver's quest.
This dialogue line appeared only after I talked with Jon the Beautiful, while other merchants had it before.
Also, I reported that some guy in Core City fires a sots with the sound of crossbows - I saw this a few times after that, and I'm almost sure that the same NPC that produce that sounds might shot with normal sounds if you reload and try again.
Also I never heard a sound of silenced firearms, maybe it is it.

Also - in Praetor Quarter, or how its name, to the left from Stratford there are three rooms, only one of them is restricted (btw before I remember all were like that), despite of this, when I start to lockpick non-restricted door, fight is initiated.
So, something is definitely wrong.
