Surely not all crafting skills are equally viable and some of them may be UP, but there is one crafting skill that is in the right place.

It's Electronics.
First, it's the only crafting skill that has related feat - Power Management. It may not be mandatory for some devices, but if you are going to use energy weapons you must have it. They eat batteries at crazy rate. Having to reload every 3 shots sucks and you can't make it faster with Bullet strap belt.
Second, as epeli said, all energy weapons upgrades are crafting only. I'm not sure if i'm fine with this, because all other weapons can be bought with enhancements, but it surely makes you want Electronics if you are going to use energy weapons.
Third, ( last but not the least :) ) Shield Emitters that you can craft are MUCH better than looted/bought. And every character needs them.

Devs did good job with Electronics. And it looks like they are improving other crafting skills. I can't wait for some chemical pistol upgrades.

It's not obvious. Go to city sewers, travel west as much as you can. On eastern side of the map there will be a cave entrance. Explore it.

Did you find a key for the fence gate somewhere or did Ola open it for you?
Unfortunately, i don't remember. I was already working for Praetorian Security when entering the cave, if that helps.
I'm not sure if i met that Ola fellow.

I didn't kill that guard nor any other Protectorate members in Core City port, but also had this:

I am attacked before i have a chance to remove my weapons.

Actually i didn't start any quest in Core City before they turn hostile, and probably didn't even enter port area.

I killed some Protectorate when freeing Maura tho. But i don't remember it happening in previous versions.

Well, I guess if he likes to fight without shield in ranged combat, I suppose he likes the lower encumbrance?
This as well as higher evasion, dodge, stealth (some feats make use of it) and ability to use 2 handed weapons.

Suggestions / Detachable Riot Shield

Pretty please. I don't like carrying 2 suits of riot armor with me. Together their weight is similar to that of metal armor, and that's a lot. And because shields do not provide bonus vs ranged attacks, i'd rather not have them equipped when fighting ranged opponents.

I see 2 options here:
1. Add a shield slot. Shield could only be equipped when riot armor is. But some players could be troubled by equipment slot that is always empty (unless they happen to use riot armor). They might start asking to enable riot shield with other armors too. And i'd rather not have that.

2. Allow detaching a shield by right clicking on Riot Gear with Shield, via radial menu. Add a shield item with an option to attach to Riot Gear, via radial menu. I like that option better.

Both options require new shield items. They could be in 'Armor' category so they can be viewed together with Riot Gear in one filter.

Bug still appears if you wear multiple body parts that together have 15%. I have siphoner leather armor with 10% and bladed siphoner boots with 5%. That gives me red 0%.

Bugs / Unresolved Rathound King quests (spoilers)

I accepted a quest to find and kill Rathound King. I also accepted a quest from King himself.
Then, i told Edgar how to reach King's lair and he went to finish it once and for all. After that i talked to Boyd and he told me that Rathound King problem is over but they lost Edgar.

But I still have unresolved quests from Camp and King. Or maybe it's not the end of story? (:
