I've had the displeasure of going through the sliding door room in all my playthroughs and never died in the final. Even after looking for the key. Maybe I just got lucky.

Detritus shows up in DC even if you decide to avoid doing the Biology branch's quest that results in him result in him joining the Tchorist.

I know about meeting him in the lobby if you recruit him. I did not recruit him and he still shows up in DC. If  you say that it sounds like a bug then i'll make a report.

I was curious the see if not recruiting Detritus into the Tchorist experiment would have resulted in some sort of minor difference in post game interaction;however, his fate neither change nor does it explain how he ends up in DC. It's just something that bugs me.

I actually noticed that on one of my builds too. the modified score never budged above 130 before until I pumped a more points that I expected. I'll need to check to see if I could reproduce it.

The Faceless will only help if you were nice enough to them when you met them before DC. Based on what you said, they will not help you.

Super Steel is obtained from the guy who operates the Gloria smelter in Foundry. Talk to him for all the details of what can do with Super Steel. You can craft Infused leathers using Super Steel fibers which you get from the metal merchant at Foundry's entrance after giving her your sheets. It cost 3000 charons to generate one plate (up to a maximum of 3 plates for 9000). The quality of sheets can still vary widely so RNG can still be your enemy (I hate this).

You should be getting the best quality components at this point because I think completing the oligarch missions trigger better components to show up in stores. Unfortunately RNG for components is just a toss up.

I'd say yes. Marginal decreases in chance to hit (for ranged weapons), AP and MP can mess with enemies real good. It also has good synergy with Opportunist since it counts as a slowed debuff which means a free 15% increase in damage when bursting.

do yuo need perception? I'm sure you can interrogate the npcs in the area and one of them will tell you where his house is. That should unlock the entrance when you search his house.
