The current build concludes after you complete all the tchorists quest and find the source of the "earthquake". That's as close to a roll credits moment you can get.

We can't know if you're doing something "wrong" if we don't know what you're doing at all. You might not be under leveled ,but that depends on what kind of equipment, skills, attributes and feats you're running. If you've gotten this far into the game the character build can't be that bad.

Bugs / Re: Win 10 - Can't play fullscreen in 0.1.14.2

I upgraded to Win 10 a day ago and the game runs full screen just like it did before when I was on 8.1.

Time is of the essence. You should only kill the ones who get between you and the door. The gas will get everyone else eventually.

Those Deep Cavern assets look great, much improved over the older cave ones.

Suggestions / Re: A Super Steel Addict's minor quibble.

Is it necessary? I think it is, part of the trek, the variation in your result at the furnace, and the costs are all a part of the end system where you can throw juts massive amounts of cash for one of the end tier crafting items.  It keeps down on savescumming abuse as well, to me, and I am kinda for the way things are in light of this.

I don't see how much a dent this causes in savescumming considering the quality is generated when you give your money rather than when you pick up the plates. The time it takes to make the plates seem like enough of a deterrent to me.

Suggestions / A Super Steel Addict's minor quibble.

Is it really neccessary to travel all the way to Gloria to give Charons to create super steel, leave,  and the return after a period to recieve them?
It would be more convenient to not have to traverse three whole maps four times just to get that done by just having to deal with Leone on Foundry's doorstep. She is the metal merchant and a player who wants steel shaping is going to visit her eventually. Just let the steel be delivered to her for pick up, even better if the charons could also be delivered through her. It would also be less of a hassle to know whether the steel has been produced already from her without having to make the trip up north. I know Bernard is lonely and all ,but I'm tired of seeing his mug. Plus he already has Gloria.

You can get all gun frames from the weapon/crafting related traders in Core City and Foundry. Sometimes shopkeeper inventory restocking just aren't in your favor.
Super Steel is only available after you solve the creature problem in the Foundry mines. Speak with Gloria's operator after the quest is done to know how to get it. Bring lots of cash :).

General / Re: Why you did this location?
« on: May 18, 2015, 02:23:45 pm »
I forgot to bring this up, thanks for doing it before me though. The developers seemed to have changed the Core City Faceless blockade into an area where they endlessly spawn rather than having a finite amount like in the previous build. If this area is anything like it was in the last build, it leads to nowhere. My assumption was that it just supposed to be a challenge area or that they meant the blockade to be a more dangerous area than it previously was.

You do bring a few good points. This makes it a viable classic exp farming point than last time. When bodies pile up that much, targeting and looting becomes very difficult because you can't get your cursor to distinguish between myriad of bodies and enemies. The amount of places that might happen in a playthrough is few, but it is an annoyance.

Well now you know, at least. It would have been interesting if there was double agent style element like there was in Junkyard, but you can only pick one in Core.

Bob's uniform was his metal armor I think. In any case, if you take the combat route you'll have to take down everyone in the warehouse ,but only the outside guards affiliated with the group will attack you and no one else.

The first thing I ever did when the alpha opened up post Junkyard was to load up on TNT and head to the caves for some exploring. my first inclination in most games is to ignore what they tell you to do and see how far you can get before I get horribly killed/bored.

Camp Hathor and battery plant is good place to begin. Battery plant is well...interesting and doesn't require a level character. The ultimate quest for Camp Hathor can be very difficult out of the gate.

General / Re: Lockpicking and Hacking, How High is High Enough?

Yes I can't quite remember for lockpicking ,but I do remember at least one hacking skill check that a least required 110 to bypass computer security.
