Yay, thanks Styg for the fixing the electrical bolt jumping to rocks.

It looks like you're not using a classical single threaded main loop style of programming to run the game. Well the drawback is you have to be very careful of race conditions. Good luck.

Suggestions / Those damned rocks
« on: September 13, 2014, 08:49:10 am »
The rocks that can only be destroyed with TNT should not be targetable and behave like another part of the landscape except for the TNT part. It is really frustrating to try to move stealthily around rocks and accidentally click on a part of it and fire off a shot and become the target of the burrowers in the gauntlet room. Also electrokinesis becomes almost useless in the proximity of rocks because they become target for the electrical bolt and absorbs it.

Bugs / Re: Crash while looting Ironhead Gunners
« on: September 12, 2014, 08:38:52 pm »
Some additional information: I was going through the tool tips of the items looking at the weight to value ratio, comparing them to each other before finally selecting them. The pattern may have something to do with triggering the bug although I can't remember how it went exactly.

Bugs / Crash while looting Ironhead Gunners
« on: September 11, 2014, 11:46:28 pm »
I had killed 2 gunners at a campsite somewhre in a cave around rail crossing and started to loot the second gunner when I noticed the remains of the 1st gunner was still there even when I had looted everything by alt clicking individual items. I open the remains of the 1st gunner to confirm it was empty then open the 2nd gunner and it crashed.

In the latest build, when asked to tell me something interesting, dude keeps repeating the PSI beetle story instead of cycling through the different topics.

Bugs / Crash after failed quicksave
« on: September 06, 2014, 05:03:04 pm »
I quicksaved about the same time I was detected by the bot sentries under the Junkyard and the saved failed with the message popup saying the save cannot happen at this time but after that the screen was black and it crashed soon after. Some sort of race condition?

Bugs / Re: Troubles with the gauntlet. (Small spoilers)

I think I have the same issue. Gauntlet electrified floor with roll up gate stage crashes on my saved game, Win 8.1 64bit. Here's the crash log:

That sounds a bit like hearsay because it doesn't make sense. The scrollbar for the message area is nowhere near the edge of the screen. It separated by that bar that has the three buttons on it - combat, dialog and close. Also, to make browsing easier the text window could be made to respond to mouse scrolls. It does not do that currently.

I could have sworn the PrtScn key worked in the previous release of Underrail. I had managed to take a screenshot of an area with no exit before but found that someone else had reported that bug so something in the latest release broke that functionality.

Since screen capture doesn't work, I have to do it ghetto style with a camera:

Add to that the ability to alt click to move the components automatically to the right slot instead of drag and drop or even better auto slot filling.

Suggestions / Move the message window so navigation is not interrupted
« on: August 26, 2014, 12:49:43 pm »
The message window should be moved 1 pixel away from the edge of the screen so that the moving the mouse cursor to that screen edge will scroll the screen.

Underrail 0.1.12.2, Windows 8.1 64bit, screen capture (Win PrtScn) no longer works with underrail. All I get is a white image. At level 15 Quinton sells a 44 quality Chemical Pistol Frame with ridiculous minimum mechanical and chemical stats. Like 1600 mechanical and 800+ chemical or something.
