General / Certain ammos don't stack.

The .44 explosive, 8.6mm incendiary and 7.62mm shrapnell rounds don't stack past 250. Corrosive acid vials also suffer from this limitation. Is there any reason for this?

After you gas the base will the gas remain there forever?
There is a lot of loot and a unique that i missed in there.

In the wiki Phyllis(oculus) is mentioned as a biology merchant yet when i talk to her she doesn't sell jack. Is this intentional or bugged?
