Currently DC is only source of high quality TiChrome Bars, which is too late for most hammer build. I suggest paying someone (Leonie seems like a good candidate) huge amount of money to turn impure chromium blade into high quality TiChrome Bars just like Super Steel. Hell you can even make a mini quest out of this - all the quest assets are there and it even fits into the lore too.

They were always a pain in the ass to farm. Now with the Borers no longer respawn on majority of the maps Metaworm Gizzard drop rate should be increase. I know you can buy them from Messer and a certain pirate vendor but still ...

Bugs / Gun Unique usb won't show up under plot item tab

Just got Rfle and Shotgun Technical Manuals from Balor map and notice it's not showing up under the plot item tab. You'll probably want to check all the newly added quest items too.

Edit: are you suppose to be able to sell it as a blueprint to vendors? Does that means you can sell it and lose it forever?

Bugs / [experimental] New UI recycling graphic glitch

Using the new small UI - when recycling an armor you'll get a graphic glitch right below the shown result (Fabric scraps, dirty rags) - I'm guessing their graphic is overriding the tab switch button for the two.

This is a feature from various games like Titan quest.

When you are looking at an equip-able item in inventory the corresponding equipped item(s) would be display as well for easier item comparison (some games would even highlight the differences but that's probably beyond Underrail without a major code overhaul).

If you are lucky and able to farm high quality heartbreaker serpent skin- it's possible to have bio immunity from just infused heartbreaker leather armor + infused heartbreaker tabi. If not, just add any helmet that grants bio resist for 100% bio resist.

Do you perhaps know what hb skin quality allows that 100% resist (without a headgear)? Is that with or without Skinner? There's no mention of it in your post.
I'm assuming fiber's quality is 160.

So did a bit of testing and it seems like that's most likely possible only for a char with Skinner.

Short answer:
Without Skinner you need two Q156 infused Heartbreaker Serpent Skin (highly unlikely) to get 100% resist without headgear.
With Skinner you need either one single Q156 infused HB skin Or two Q137 infused HB skin for 100% resist.

Long answer:
Here are some data points from my testing:

Q160 Super Steel + Q156 Heartbreaker Serpent Skin = Q156 infused Heartbreaker Serpent Skin

Q150 SS + Q124 HB Skin = Q139 infused HB Skin

Q141 SS + Q117 HB Skin = Q137 infused HB Skin

Note that it doesn't matter if you have Skinner or not at this point as infused leather crafting is not affected by Skinner.


No skinner
Crafting with Q139 infused HB skin = Bio 60% infused HB skin leather armor or Bio 35% infused HB skin Tabi

Q156 infused HB skin = Bio 64% infused HB skin leather armor or Bio 39% infused HB skin tabi



with Skinner
Q 137 infuse HB skin both yield = Bio 66% infused HB skin leather armor or Bio 41% infused HB skin tabi

Q156 infused HB skin = Bio 72% infused HB skin leather armor + Bio 47% infused HB skin tabi


So the take away here is that if you have a piece of high quality HB skin you should craft a leather armor out of it. The best way to get a high quality HB skin (or any of the Black Sea skin/leather) is getting it as random loot from Magnar's chest. The next best way is to get them Native leather chest. In my experience Heartbreaker usually only drop low quality HB skin so farming them is a waste of time.
A char without skinner will need to farm TWO high quality Super Steel and pray to RNG Goddess to drop TWO piece of high quality HB skin, which is highly unlikely.

100% heat resist could be reach by wearing high grade Antithermic Tabi Boots + Aluminized Balaclava (just buy them from merchant as high quality aluminized clothes are very rare) + Infused Siphoner/Greater Siphoner Leather armor crafted with aluminized cloth.

Keep in mind Drag n Drop bar is not guarantee to spawn in every game. If you are a INT3 char in a non Drag n Drop game you won't be able to get Philosophy.

You need a giant preface at the very front of this list to stress the fact this list is just speaking in very general terms and most of the time a feat can't be evaluated in isolation. Case in point - conditioning is hot garbage by itself, but it's a very good feat if you combined it w/ other feats, food and gears to stack damage reduction for a very specific type of build.

There are other feats that are also up to personal opinion, case in point -  I considered Barrel Stare and Gun Fu both top tier feats while others disagree:

These melee range gun feats are highly effective when you combine them w/ Hit and Run + high MP build. First, Gun-Fu and Blindsiding are not mutually exclusive. Second, let's looking at the extreme side of things: at 16 PER and 160 base Gun skills = 323 effective and 64 extra Gun skills is just slightly below 20% which isn't insignificant so I don't get the hate. Gun-Fu use case are for high DEX max melee skill Versatility (usually un-spec as those spec points are more effective elsewhere) gun build, translation: 210 effective Gun skill, Gun-Fu adding 64 on top meaning a 30% increase, showing good value.

edit: Just dig out my Gun-Fu char build file - it actually add 96 Guns skill (18 DEX, max melee, 3 PER, 70 base Guns = 210 effective Guns skills, 4 spec points on Gun-Fu. Final result is 96/210 = 45% increase. Also note the 4 spec point on Gun-Fu is more effective compare to spec in Versatility)

Barrel Stare, again imho not mutually exclusive w/ Leading Shot but should be treated as an additional angle of attack when using shotgun. There's nothing stopping you from using Leading shot when you are far away and Barrel Stare for max damage whenever you get the chance. It's fine if you don't want this additional angle of attack, but you can't say this feat is low value when it's not.

Improved unarmed combat-up is obviously only good when you are fighting bare fist but it's garbage for every other build. All in all there are just way too much work adding in enough details and explanations to make this type of list useful. I applaud OP for trying tho as no way in hell I'm up for it. :D

As title - first notice this while under Acidic Entanglements, same thing later while riding jetski. Just wondering if this is a bug or intended. If this is intended, why? Seems to penalized this feat under very specific conditions for no reason?
