Suggestions / Explosive bolt

A new blueprint for a new special bolt.
Requires a blasting cap and creates a bolt that explodes like a grenade (not sure if you target an npc or a tile; up to you).
Has a shorter range due to heavier weight.
It's essentially a grenade you shoot with your crossbow skill instead of throwing, but does not share a CD with grenades.

I saw a screenshot the other day of somebody starting a fight outside the institute main entrance.  WHAT was running away and had a speech bubble typical for fleeing townsfolk.  You should make one just for him that says "WHAAAAAAAAAT?!?!" or however you'd prefer.

Suggestions / Vest component idea

A powered vest-slot component, like regen vest, but instead it applies a stack of Warmed Up.  Higher qualities grant more stacks.

Suggestions / Strobe lights

Powered enhancement for guns/helmets.  Causes daze (or accuracy penalties) to living targets at close range (unless they have shaded visors); perhaps resisted by fortitude or resolve.  Otherwise similar to existing light mechanics.

Suggestions / Magazine system

Need to find or buy magazines for particular gun types (pistol/smg and rifle at least) and maybe caliber (but I wouldnt), need to preload these magazines before combat (loading an individual bullet in combat would cost like 10-15 AP), and you can have so many magazines "ready" (loading one from your backpack would cost x2 as much or more).  Various items/feats could increase how many magazines you can have ready (pouches, web gear, special belts).  Special magazines (like extended, drum, double-mags, etc) would be rare/expensive (and obviously not an enhancement anymore) and could potentially come with drawbacks. 

Primarily this would be a nerf to burst builds as it would limit how many bullets they can throw downrange in a single fight.  Also ARs need a close-range penalty!

You could do something similar with other weapons, such as "energy cells" (battery magazines basically) for epistols or shock melee weapons.  Pre-loaded energy cells = more damage when EMPd.

Bugs / Freighter towing is messed up

You can barely move without it unhooking, and it very easily gets stuck on walls or other obstructions.

Bugs / Pirate invasion map freeze

If you let the pirates win when they invade, then try to enter the aegis dock map, the screen is black and the game freezes.  The other three maps work fine.

Suggestions / Water treatment plant mutie experiments version

The failed experiments are simply not threatening to any character build.  They should either all have knives (maybe poisoned ones? shivs maybe), or flood most of it with toxic gas, forcing the player to wear a gas mask and biosuit and thus make their punches actually hurt (you'd have to give the experiments bio resistance though).

Bugs / Jetski flurry bug

Flurry goes on cooldown if you hit your opponents jetski, even if it deals damage, even if it destroys the jet.

That first big pile of trash and barrels when you enter, there is one sack marked "supply bag" or something, and there is another a tile or two away in the same pile that is unmarked.

Bugs / GMS burrower cave fragment bug

The one where you can roll boulders down the slopes; on the 2nd boulder I noticed that burrowers killed by it dropped four of what they normally dropped.  I got four q42 carapaces on one and four glands on another.
