After negotiating a truce with the rathound king, after he gives you the regalia and you return to edgar, you still have the option to tell edgar that you met the rathound king (first option in dialogue) which locks you into the fight or letting edgar get himself killed.  This shouldnt be an option if you've done the truce already.

Bugs / water treatment bug/suggestion

In the waterway facility water treatment plant, on the lower level in the SW corner, the tall ladder that connects up to the pipes:  I just got a variation that was shock floors with the entrance being that ladder.  By far the worst entrance to this dungeon you can get.  I did not have the option to climb up the ladder and jump to the pipes, but when I came to it from the pipes side, I had the option to jump over and climb down or jump over and leave.  I think the option to climb the ladder from the bottom and jump to the pipes should be included.  I've seen it in other variations.

Suggestions / Non-scoped sniper rifles

I was thinking about how a few people have suggested "carbines" as an in-between AR and snipers.  I had the idea to just allow sniper rifles to not have a scope; this way people could have them earlier and not every sniper rifle you find as loot will be worth so damn much.

MK 1, 2, 3

MK 1 has the current requirements
MK 2 requires 2 sludges and about 60 bio/chem
MK 3 requires 3 and about 110-130, similar to other mk3 nades

MK 1 can apply up to 5 stacks of contamination
MK 2 can apply up to 10 or 12
MK 3 can apply up to 20

You could do the same with cryogas, where it applies chilled/frozen sooner/faster.  Pesticide too.

There's a pirate looter (on the map just west of skid row and south of the pirate prison) who enters dialogue with you instead of having speech bubbles; but he only says the usual speech bubble lines.

This is super minor, but I encountered a foundry patrol before ever going to foundry, and one of the speech bubbles they said was "Foundry's back to delivering the goods", which shouldn't happen until after the beast quest.

On this level of the 3-level sentry bot random dungeon, there is a blue keycard on one of the shelves.  It's description says I found it on a dead body.

My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

Instead of a constant buff anytime you are below 30%, make it grant the buff for an amount of time when you drop below 30% or maybe anytime you get injured when below 30%. 

edit:  came up with this later in the thread: "Using the "bonus equal to damage just taken idea", what if, anytime you get damaged you get a buff for 1-3 turns (not sure, but I'm leaning towards 1) to your crit chance that scales with your hp percentage like stoicism?  So each time you take damage you get a boost, and the more wounded you are the bigger the boost gets (caps at 30%), but it only lasts a short time each time you get hurt."
